Tonsillar Actinomycosis with presence of Epidermal inclusion cyst: Report of a rare entity

Epidermal inclusion cysts (EIC) are benign lesions that can be encountered throughout the body, but with a low incidence in head and neck region. (1.6 to 7%) The various locations this region where cyst arise sublingual, submental, submandibular buccal mucosa. EIC present tonsils extremely rare reported less than 0.01% published English literature. We report incidental finding of epidermal actinomycetes tonsil 57 year old male who presented sore throat difficulty swallowing.
